[**NOTE: A part of my email has been changed in my blog this week for privacy reasons (and timing) and the details will re-appear at a later date.]

Soooooo we been on the grind🤑🤑!!! 6 hours a day in the rain finding, teaching, loving — people aint gonna find themselves right?? (actually most people God prepares lowkey kinda do anyways T_T). For a quick review of our week — We got someone around our age who wants to learn english and made a follow up apt + someone listened to our message from last week while housing which was sick but they lowkey weren’t interested. I guess that was kind of a miracle though because I said “today I’m just gonna let the spirit guide us where to go.” We ran into a guy before, said hi, put chirashis in some mailboxes, and then returned back running into the same guy. He listened as we shared about the gospel which was fire and we gave him a pamphlet and our phone number cus he didnt have line or anything😅.He said he had a mormon kei at home which is like the old difficult book of mormon translation. kinda cool I guess. bro told us he was Buddhist tho and didnt wanna come to church 💔💔. (This happens a lot in Japan.) But there was another standout experience that did result from a Japanese language lesson we gave. I hope to share it at a later date. Let me just say God loves His children, He wants them to know it, He wants us all back with Him again, and miracles still happen.
Anyways, please keep the prayers coming. It is so obvious to me that God prepares those with pure hearts so they can recognize the Spirit when they meet the missionaries.

I also taught my first dcm which was kinda stressfullllll but we got it done🔥🔥 i taught about ammon and the king and how ammon first came to the king with service, then testified of christ, then how abish lifted the hands of the king and queen. I tied it into strengthening relationships w/ members and how there are like 4 steps to getting members to share the gospel (serve + help members, testify of the work, help them to share the gospel, and keeping the ball rolling)
The ward here is awesome and helps us get the work done, but that’s crazy cause I had a ward member tell me i need more faith last Sunday??😭😭😭 Yeah, try and house for 6 hrs a day without faith LOL… Sometimes people project their own insecurities though I guess so I’ll try and just help him in any way I can….

My comp is the GOAT. I lowkey been through it these past few weeks bc findings been rough but he’s just a trooper that just keeps going, he’s chill to do whatever + he makes adobo🤑 some mornings we been out at the park to destress and kinda just walk around + talk to anyone if they seem chill. he’s actually mega chiller and crazy humble bout it too

The soil’s rough but God knows where to plant😛😛
Anyways I read this lovely general conference talk about praying to have the Spirit with you always!!! It was a talk given in the Priesthood session, but it was just what I needed to hear this week. It was (ironically) about acting in more faith and how we can ACTUALLY do it as missionaries- that is by praying always to always have the Spirit with us. At the very least my prayers have become better but I genuinely feel it’s made a difference in the work! People are nicer, we’re lead where to go, who to talk to, etc. Please give it a read! Anyways this talk kinda felt like a spicier one which is nice cause sometimes I feel like more modern general conference talks miss some of the edge of older ones (anyone else? just me?) But it’s also given by Elder Eyring so it’s given in one of the most loving ways.
